Review the previews, click Generate, and your final video will be ready to download in about 5–15 minutes.
Do I need any video editing or filming experience to use CreateUGC?
No. CreateUGC requires no filming, acting or editing skills—you only need a product link and a script idea, and the platform handles avatars, voiceover, lip sync and assembly. For users who want to refine the result, CreateUGC also includes a built-in video editor with timeline editing, captions, text overlays and multi-track support, but it's entirely optional.
How do I sign up for CreateUGC?
You can sign up for CreateUGC in three ways: with your existing AutoDS account (recommended for automatic syncing), with an email and password, or with a Google account. What marketplaces does CreateUGC support for product links?
CreateUGC supports product links from all marketplaces integrated with AutoDS, including Amazon, AliExpress, Alibaba, Walmart, Etsy, Target, Shein, Wayfair, DHgate, CJdropshipping, Banggood, Costco, Home Depot, Shopify and many more. If you paste a link from an unsupported marketplace, the platform can't extract the product information and will return an error—so always use a link from a supported source, or add the product details manually.

How much does CreateUGC cost?
CreateUGC offers three plans: Launch at $26.90/month, Scale at $39.90/month, and Max at $66.90/month. Billing yearly saves about 30%, bringing the effective monthly cost down to $19.90 (Launch), $29.90 (Scale) and $49.90 (Max), with the full annual amount charged upfront. Higher tiers unlock more monthly videos, more avatars, custom voices, Product in Hand video types and AI image generation.
Does CreateUGC have a free trial?
Yes. CreateUGC offers a 3-day free trial that also includes up to 3 video creations—whichever limit you reach first. You're charged for your selected plan on your 4th video creation or when the trial period ends. Note that a pre-authorization hold for the plan amount is placed on your card at signup to verify it; this is not a charge, and a successful pre-authorization activates your trial.
Are there free AI UGC video generators, and is CreateUGC free?

How many videos can I create per month with CreateUGC?
Your monthly video allowance depends on your plan: Launch includes 10 videos, Scale includes 20, and Max includes 50. Credits are consumed only when you generate a final video (and editing a video costs 1 additional credit), not when you create previews—so you can review previews freely before committing a credit.
What payment methods does CreateUGC accept?
CreateUGC currently accepts payment by credit card only, with Apple Pay and Google Pay support coming soon. At signup, a pre-authorization hold for the full plan amount is placed on your card to confirm it's valid; this is a standard verification step, not a charge. If the hold fails, try a different card to complete verification and start your trial.

How many AI avatars does CreateUGC have?
CreateUGC offers hundreds of AI avatars, with the number available depending on your plan: 20 on Launch, 100+ on Scale and 1,000+ on Max. You can filter avatars by gender, ethnicity and compatible video type, and on Product in Hand with Veo 3 or Kling you can upload your own image to create a custom avatar.
Can I create a custom avatar or upload my own face in CreateUGC?
Yes. CreateUGC lets you add your own avatar by uploading an image (JPG, JPEG or PNG, up to 50 MB) when using the Product in Hand with Veo 3 or Product in Hand with Kling video types. This is useful if you want a consistent brand spokesperson or to feature a specific person across your ads.
Can I clone or upload my own voice in CreateUGC?
Yes. CreateUGC includes a Voices feature where you can create a custom voice by recording directly in your browser or uploading an audio sample (MP3, WAV or M4A, up to 25 MB). For the best clone quality, provide a clean sample of around 60 seconds. Custom voices are supported in the Product in Hand with Veo 3 and Product in Hand with Kling flows; other video types use the avatar's default voice.
Can I use CreateUGC to make an AI influencer?

What types of videos can I create with CreateUGC?
CreateUGC offers three creation paths: Product Reaction (the avatar reacts to your product, testimonial-style), Product in Hand (the avatar holds and presents the product), and Avatar & Script (a video built from a script and avatar with no product link needed). Product in Hand comes in several engine variants—standard, Veo 3, Kling and Seedance 2.0—each with different durations and aspect ratios.
What video formats and aspect ratios does CreateUGC support?
CreateUGC supports the aspect ratios you need for social platforms: 9:16 (vertical for TikTok, Reels and Shorts), 1:1 (square) and 16:9 (horizontal). You can also optimize each video for a specific platform—General, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook or X—so the output is sized correctly for where you'll publish it. Available ratios and durations depend on the video type you choose.
How long can CreateUGC videos be?
Video length in CreateUGC depends on the video type: standard Video Reaction and Product in Hand support 15, 30 or 60 seconds; Product in Hand with Veo 3 produces a fixed 8-second clip; Product in Hand with Kling offers 5 or 10 seconds; and Seedance 2.0 variants offer 8 or 15 seconds. These short durations match the high-performing length for paid social ads.
How long does it take to generate a video with CreateUGC?
Generating a final video in CreateUGC typically takes 5–15 minutes, while preview videos take about 3–7 minutes. Extracting product information from a marketplace link can take up to 7 minutes depending on the source. You can leave the page during processing—your finished video will be waiting in the My Videos section when you return.
Can I edit my video after CreateUGC generates it?
Yes. CreateUGC includes a built-in video editor you can open from any completed video. It offers timeline editing with drag-and-drop, live frame-by-frame preview, multi-track support, text overlays, and captions (uploaded as an SRT file or auto-generated from your script). Editing a video costs 1 credit, and rendering the edit overwrites the previous version—so review your changes before finalizing.
Can I upload my own product images to CreateUGC?
It depends on the method you use. With the Provide Product Link option, CreateUGC uses only the images it extracts from the marketplace page. With the Add Product Manually option using Veo 3, you can upload your own custom product images—ideal for branded photography. You can also generate custom product images inside CreateUGC using its built-in AI image tool on the Scale and Max plans.
Is the lip sync realistic in CreateUGC videos?
Yes—CreateUGC applies AI-powered, deepfake-level lip syncing in its final videos for a natural, realistic result. This high-quality lip sync is only applied to the final render, not to previews; preview videos use basic synchronization so you can quickly choose your preferred avatar and version before generating the final cut.
AutoDS integration
Does CreateUGC integrate with AutoDS?
Yes. CreateUGC integrates directly with AutoDS, so dropshippers can generate UGC ads straight from their product pages without visiting the CreateUGC site separately. Open a product in AutoDS, click “Generate UGC Ads,” and you're taken into CreateUGC with the product ready to go. If you sign up with your AutoDS credentials, your subscription syncs automatically across both platforms.
How much does CreateUGC cost through AutoDS?
AutoDS users get access to the CreateUGC Scale plan at $39.90/month, activated and billed automatically through your existing AutoDS payment method. If your AutoDS billing period is near its end, only the proportional amount for the remaining days is charged for the add-on. Note that the AutoDS add-on does not include a free trial—billing starts immediately after you confirm.
Downloads, account and refunds
How do I download my finished CreateUGC video?
Once your video is complete, go to My Videos in the CreateUGC dashboard, filter by Completed, and click the download button to save it as an MP4. Your finished videos stay in your account, so you can download them again anytime. Note that preview videos cannot be downloaded—only final, generated videos are available for download.
Can I use CreateUGC videos commercially in my ads?
Yes. CreateUGC is designed specifically for creating video ads and social content, so the videos you generate are intended for commercial use in your marketing campaigns, paid ads and social media. You can publish them on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms as part of your advertising.
How do I cancel my CreateUGC subscription?
To cancel, click your profile icon in CreateUGC, select My Plan, and choose Cancel subscription, then confirm. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and no further renewal charges are made. Canceling does not delete your account or remove videos you've already created.
What is CreateUGC's refund policy?
CreateUGC offers refunds under specific circumstances, with eligibility depending on your usage, the timing of your request and any applicable administrative fees. To find out if you qualify, contact the support team through Contact us → Chat with us. When a refund is approved, CreateUGC processes it immediately, though it can take 7–30 business days to appear on your card depending on your bank.
